Last December, after climbing at Phu Kradueng mountain, when going back way to Bangkok, traveled to Khon Kaen city.
Visited only 2 places. Wat Nong Wang temple and Khon Kaen Art Wall.

Khon Kaen is one of the four major cities of Isan, Thailand, also known as the “big four of Isan”, the others being Udon Thani, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Ubon Ratchathani. It is the capital of Khon Kaen Province and the Mueang Khon Kaen District. 

Phra Mahathat Kaen Nakhon (Wat Nong Wang) is beautiful historic temple, a tourist attraction in Khon Kaen.

Khon Kaen Art Wall is Art and Creative Space. There are also interestingly designed restaurants and coffee shops.
