This is my first-time visit to Great Wall in August 2019. I excited a lot. 🙂 Must visit places in the world. I want to share some photos of travel here.

Great Wall’s The Official Length: 21,196 km (13,170 mi). I visited the Mutianyu section near Beijing city. Mutianyu section is the best-restored section.

Mutianyu is quite far from Beijing, about 70km as the crow flies but it can take almost two hours to get there.

Long and vivid history, the Great Wall was originally conceived by Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the third century B.C. as a means of preventing incursions from barbarian nomads.

Great Wall hike, it is good for your legs to hike up than to hike down.

Cableway in Mutianyu has a total length of 723 meters. And the upper station of it has elevation above sea level of 640 meters.
